Hathras stampede incident, constable die after seeing 116 dead bodies

Today the Satsang was held in Hathras due to a stampede 116 people including women and children died. As per the report after the Satsang people started leaving the event, due to the narrow exit participants fell down over each other, also there was a natural storm occurred and the people couldn’t manage to open their eyes.

According to information received Ravi Yadav a on-duty constable, died due to a heart attack after seeing dead bodies. Yes! This heartbreaking accident shocked all the eyewitnesses and even the whole village couldn’t understand what happening at the moment. There was a Satsang today at 1 PM of Bhole Baba – original name Suraj Pal belongs to Etah Village.

To investigate the incident a team was formed including ADG Agra and the Aligarh commissioner. As per the report by DM, SMD had permitted the programme. An FIR was filed against the organiser of the event and all.

After the incident, there was a shortage of Ambulance and hospital facilities. Also, there are a number of dead bodies still unclaimed, this is due to the village being far away from the town area so there little defects to manage for the police officers. Soon ADRF team sent to Hatrat for more related help.

On the other hand, CM Yogi Aditya Nath of UP announced to help the injured people with 50,000 rs as compensation and to dead people gets approx 1 Lakh as compensation.
